By creating a profile you acknowledge and consent to the property address and associated paint information being publicly accessible on iPaintD.com.
The iPaintD.com platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by iPaintD.com Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.
Paint colour names, brand names, and product ranges belong to their respective manufacturers. iPaintD.com does not claim ownership of any third party brand or colour names referenced in user-submitted profiles.
iPaintD.com is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, iPaintD.com Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on paint colour information submitted by other users.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
