No account needed to search. Just head to the search page, type in an address, suburb, or postcode, and browse the results. You only need an account if you want to create and save your own profiles.

All paint profiles on iPaintD.com are public so anyone can search and view the colour details for any property. However, personal details are kept hidden. The profile shows the property address and paint specifications, not the personal information of the person who created it.

Yes. You can edit or delete any profile you have created at any time. Just log in to your account, go to My Account, find the profile, and click Edit. If you want to delete a profile entirely, you can do that from the same place.

Any paint brand or colour can be recorded on iPaintD.com. When filling out a paint profile you simply type in the brand name, colour name, range, and sheen level yourself. Whether you use Dulux, Taubmans, Haymes, British Paints, Solver, or any other brand locally or internationally, you can record it.

The DIY plan is designed for homeowners and allows you to create up to 2 property profiles per year. The Pro plan is built for trade painters and gives you unlimited profiles, a Verified Pro badge, a business ad card on your profiles, and a painter portfolio page. Both plans include full access to the search database.

Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time directly from your account. Go to My Account, click the Plan and Billing tab, and switch to a different plan or downgrade to Free. No need to contact us and no hoops to jump through.

The Verified Pro badge is available to all users on the Pro plan. Once you upgrade, the badge is applied to your painter profile and appears on all profiles you create. This lets homeowners and property managers know they are looking at work completed by a professional painter. A formal verification process is coming soon.
